    This is a 2-piece item - the bottom desk has 5 drawers and is designed to accommodate a computer keyboard and cables. 3 other drawers are for storage. The top piece is a hutch with 3 shelves, 6 cubby compartments and a cork bulletin board. It is an elegant design and in like-new condition. I am the original owner and am selling for less than half of what I paid for it because I am downsizing to a smaller home. This is a cash-and-carry sale and the item is sold as-is.     iConvert for the iPad from Brookstone- Brand New • Box Never Opened

    Hi. I received this wonderful gift for mother's day, but unfortunately three days prior, I had went and purchased something very similar myself. I had never head of the Brookstone's iConvert or I would have seriously considered this one myself. Brookstone has wonderful quality products, as I'm sure most people are aware. If you are like me, and want to eliminate extra paper clutter, are a student, operate a small business, want to make files of articles that interest you so you can find what you need when you want it, enjoy geneology and sharing old family photographs or just want to start keeping better and more organized receipts, etc. for tax purposes (essentially any reason), this brand new, unopened box, Brookstone iConvert device will be a lifesaver. The iConvert box has NEVER been opened, I still have the box it was mailed to me in from Brookstone, showing that unfortunately, I just received it a few days too late. :( It is absolutely BRAND NEW. It sold for $149.00 before mother's day. I believe I still have the gift receipt too.     Handmade Recycled Magazine Pendant Necklace

    Handmade pendant necklace made from recycled magazine paper. The paper is cut into 1" strips and then folded into 1/4" strips. The strips of paper are then glued together to form a tight spiral circle. The pendant is strung on two pieces of 1mm leather cording. The necklace is connected using a siver barrel clasp that screws together for a secure closure. The necklace is approx 17-18" in length. The pendant is covered in a three dimensional clear glaze to add dimension and to provide a protective coating. The colors vary from necklace to necklace, so I have posted several pictures to show the different variations.

    The Enchanted Woods Necklace

    I just love the way this necklace came into being. As I’ve related before some of my pieces seem to spring to life of their own accord and some are like pulling wisdom teeth without Novocain. This one I literally dreamed up. For several sleepless nights, I found myself visualizing my bead collection (it’s HUGE, just so you know) and at length I found I was putting things together in my mind. I had no idea whether the combinations would actually work in real life, but I try not to second guess or censor myself during the initial creative process – I learned that as a songwriter. The next morning I simply laid out this necklace and looked at it for a while. I had not used this particular combination of colors together before, so that was a plus. After looking at it for a while, I decided, I LOVE it. The combination of turquoise and gold kissed peachy bronze with accent colors of glossy copper lined jet leaves, burgundy and peach-pear bellflowers and rare and wonderful Rutilated Quartz rounds was just glorious. I call this one the Enchanted Woods because for me, its creation was surely a magical experience, rare enough in itself and I hope that whomever the necklace speaks to will find that mysteriously unexpected and captivating things will happen in the wearing of it. 68.5” long.
